  • Ok, now I am caught up. This is March. It is Spring. In Utah that means 50 degrees one day and blustery cold the next. Luckily this was a very nice day. Utah Lake is 15 minutes from my house, but I live on the east side. The west side has a great view of the mountains in my backyard. This was a very good day!

  • Jennifer – I love these!  Love the sillouette in the 3rd one and the cool ice chunks in the 1st one.  Great setting, great captures.  – Jessica Del Vecchio

  • Yes, I love the idea of using your natural surroundings to do engagement photos – the ice chunks are perfect!  And the sillouette photos look almost WARM!  great job! – kay beaton

  • Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for dropping in “Under the C.” and leaving some love for me. Those a super e-pics!! Holy Cow! Did they actually go in that icy water?!?!?!

  • Yes—I as the ever demanding photographer suggested a barefoot experience in the water 12 feet from the edge of ice that was almost thick enough to stand on. Needless to say I have a cute sequence of the whole escapade which lasts 5 frames or approximately 3 seconds. They literally leaped our of the water. Thanks for the love, guys!

  • Beautiful shots, Jennifer! That first one just plain ROCKS!! It’s just too “cool”…get it? Wow, sometimes I just crack myself up!

  • Rocks and cool! I get it! Thanks! (Cool rocks —chunks of ice…..) :)
