The Springville Folkfest has been a tradition here for almost 20 years. I have been privileged to photograph at least 75% of them as a volunteer. My friends and family love the music and dancers and expect it every year. This year it was cancelled because too many dance groups could not get visas. Because of the increased security, they aren’t allowed into our country. I hope this tightened security solves itself and the Folkfest comes back some day.
